The Sudbury Multicultural and Folk Arts Association is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic youth who are interested in participating in a youth group.

Our goal is to recognize and promote our national multicultural identity within our generation and throughout the community by taking part in various activities that will allow us to interact and share our cultural diversity. This organization will also aim to bring awareness to various social issues through discussions, and by taking part in various awareness programs and activities.

Activities may include

  • International Youth Festival
  • Ethnic Dance Programs
  • International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
  • Human Rights Day
  • Fund-raising
  • Interaction with Various other Community Organizations
  • Preventions of Violence against Immigrant Women
  • Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Day
  • Other activities will be planned and organized by the group
